Keeping appointments

In the unlikely event that it does not suit you to meet your appointment, we request that you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not cancel your appointment in time, we are forced to charge the costs of the reserved time. We reserve the right to unsubscribe in case of repeated non-compliance with agreements or cancellations too late.
Appointment reminder

We send an appointment reminder by SMS every day to our patients for appointments scheduled for the next day. You will also receive an e-mail reminder a week in advance. This is a free extra service that we provide to our patients, from which no rights can be derived. Are you not receiving a text message or email for whatever reason? Then you cannot derive any rights from this and we still expect you at the previously agreed date and time.

Mondzorg Zonnestein is a dental hygiene practice located in the Zonnestein medical center in Amstelveen.
First intake
​
At your first appointment with us, we collect the necessary data to map out your current mouth condition and to discuss your wishes. For this, a health questionnaire must be completed. We are obliged to inquire about and record your current health situation and your current medication use, in order to prevent medical emergencies. You must notify us of any changes yourself.
